Summer Camp,
for women.

Good Company is a thoughtfully designed wellness retreat for women who want to step away from daily demands and reconnect; with themselves, with nature, and with other grounded, growth-oriented women.

This is summer camp, reimagined.

Over four days, you’ll experience movement, meaningful conversation, outdoor adventure, nourishing food, and space to breathe; all within the supportive rhythm of camp life.

Activity Overview

What does it
Entail?

This is a 3-night, 4-day experience that will be facilitated by qualified practitioners who aim to foster safe, connected spaces to build momentum for change: Céline Leduc, Regan Haley.

We're here to create an environment where you can reconnect with the person you want to be and leave with the practices, experiences, and quiet confidence to carry that home with you.

Here's what we know: getting back to yourself doesn't have to be painful or serious or full of protocols that don’t align with your actual day to day.

It can feel like camp. New experiences, real connection, whimsy and trying things that make you feel capable and grounded (resourced).

So (join us at) come to camp. Reconnect with the person you feel good being.
